Eric has a diverse background from both academia and experience over the last 20 years. He holds degrees in Accounting (BBA), International Business (MBA) and Law (JD). He co-authored a book published by McGraw-Hill, Budgeting for Managers.
He worked with a renowned litigation support firm before venturing out to open litigation support and deposition firms.
Member/Founder
Edwin holds a degree in Communications and is a co-founder of Courtroom Sidekicks. He served honorably in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Edwin has worked in the Information Technology field previously with West Telemarketing and Aerotek.
Currently, he handles the logistics and the processing of all depositions and videography efforts as well as handling trials as a trial technician with Courtroom Sidekicks.
National Director of Sales
Christopher possesses a Master's degree in Information Technology Management and has served with distinction in the United States Marine Corps, earning recognition twice for exceptional achievement and meritorious service. He has demonstrated notable expertise in governmental operations and has a background in the Automotive Industry, where he managed various facets including Sales, Logistics, Information Technology, Inventory, and Vendor relations. Presently, Christopher serves as the National Director of Sales for Courtroom Sidekicks.
Senior Trial Technician
Marco holds a dual Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Management and Marketing. Prior to his joining Courtroom Sidekicks he worked in Retail Management with an international retail merchant.
Today his primary duties are as a trial technician handling simple and complex litigation. He also provides videography support for deposition services as needed. Marco has helped market and promote depositions and litigation support throughout the United States as well as handle litigation matters in multiple jurisdictions. His experience includes insurance defense, bad faith, fraud, contract, and construction litigation.
Senior Trial Technician
Broderick Scott, An Army veteran, with six years of service in the Louisiana Army National Guard and four years as an instructional assistant in a middle school autism unit, Broderick cultivated a deep appreciation for attention to detail, hard work, patience, and understanding. These qualities are essential in his role as a Trial Technician. Additionally, Broderick's ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds is invaluable.
Over the past eight years at Courtroom Sidekicks, Broderick has honed his skills as a Trial Technician, participating in trials, arbitration, mock trials, and focus groups across 23 different states. His experience spans a wide range of case types, from personal injury and wrongful death to complex matters such as accounting, patent disputes, and insurance fraud.
Senior Trial Technician
Nate Bernik, a seasoned Trial Technician, draws upon his experience as a Marine Corps veteran to uphold rigorous standards and maintain a disciplined approach to every case. While he approaches his work with seriousness, he also understands the importance of boosting morale by injecting humor into challenging situations. Currently pursuing a business management degree, Nate is committed to ongoing learning to improve internal processes and deliver superior services. His priority extends beyond simply concluding cases; he strives to foster enduring relationships founded on trust and support.

Stephen Krueger, college Educated at University of Texas at San Antonio, is currently pursuing a Paralegal Degree. An experienced Senior Trial Technician for Courtroom Sidekicks, has skills and knowledge to handle all services Courtroom Sidekicks has to offer. Expert in the areas of Technician Support for Focus Groups, Depositions (Online and in person).

Sam's affinity for technology led him to pursue a Bachelors degree in Computer Science at the University of Texas at Dallas. With approximately two years of experience at Courtroom Sidekicks, Sam been involved in handling various civil cases, including personal injury, contract disputes, and defense fair trade and practice violations. Each case has presented distinct challenges and opportunities, allowing him to expand my skill set. As Sam progresses in his career, he is eager to explore the intersection of his technological background with the field of law.
Trial Technician
Nathan pursued his education in Information Technology and Cyber Security at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He applied these skills during his tenure at RackSpace and later as an Accounting Technician at a restaurant chain.
In the past two years at Courtroom Sidekicks, Nathan has gained extensive experience in technical support, specializing in Onsite War Room Support, Focus Groups, Depositions (both online and in-person), Arbitration, and Trials.
As a Trial Technician, he has managed diverse cases across the United States in both State and Federal courts. Nathan has contributed his expertise to cases involving Insurance Defense, Bad Faith, Fraud, Breach of Contract, Construction, Patent disputes, and Complex Litigation.

Sean, originally from North Louisiana, grew up in a family with a rich military background. Following high school, he spent four years in the United States Marine Corps, where he embraced a mission-oriented mindset and learned the importance of seeing tasks through to completion. Sean later earned an Associate's degree in Political Science.
In recent years, Sean has dedicated himself to volunteer leadership within the Boy Scouts of America, obtaining BSA Wood Badge training. He served as District Commissioner for the Alamo Area Council of the Boys Scouts of America for four years and currently holds the position of Assistant Scoutmaster. His involvement in the BSA has provided him with invaluable leadership experience across various situations and has enhanced his ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Furthermore, Sean has amassed several years of experience in tech support, particularly in Onsite War Room Support, Focus Groups, Depositions (both online and in-person), Arbitration, and Trials. Gabriella Salazar completed a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice/Criminology with a minor in
Sociology from Texas A&M University in San Antonio. While in school she focused on the court systems
and trial processes. Due to her inquisitive nature, she loves to problem solve and innovate. She has
been with Courtroom Sidekicks since January 2024 and has worked on courtroom set-ups, focus groups,
and courtroom technology and presentation. “Gabby”, as commonly referred to by her colleagues, is
currently doing in-field training as a Trial Technician.
Trial Technician
Michaelle Huntley recently joined Courtroom Sidekicks as one of the newest team members. Currently pursuing her degree in Criminology from Colorado State University-Pueblo, Michaelle embarked on her journey towards becoming a Trial Technician in January 2024. Her background in outdoor guiding and experience working with active-duty military members underscores her passion, particularly evident in her adeptness at courtroom equipment set-ups. While undergoing her in-field training to become a trial technician, Michaelle has already participated in arbitration and trials as a trainee.

Mr. Villafranca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.
While in school, Malachi joined the professional association Beta Phi Zeta and served as Treasurer of his local chapter.
In previous occupations he learned the value of patience, active listening and meticulous attention to detail -- all of which are invaluable skills for a Trial Technician.
Malachi joined Courtroom Sidekicks in early 2024 and is rapidly mastering both the hardware and software which we bring to bear in our litigation support projects.
